The larger diameter of scleral lenses compared to soft or corneal GP lenses allows them to vault the front surface of your cornea and maintain a chamber of fluid between the back surface of the lens and your cornea. Onefit™ are appropriate for normal to irregular, medically indicated as well as larger corneas.
