Onefit MED and Onefit MED+ are advanced scleral lenses that give practitioners complete control to design personalized scleral lenses when a larger diameter is needed for moderately to highly irregular and medically-indicated corneas or normal corneas with larger HVIDs.
Designs serve as a platform from which the following lens enhancements can be ordered:

With a trial set composed of only 14 lenses, practitioners can fit:
- Moderate to Advanced Keratoconus
- Post-Surgical Ectasia
- Pellucid Marginal Degeneration

- Corneal Transplant – Prolate or Oblate Graft
- Post-Surgical RK
- Irregular Astigmatism, such as corneal scarring
- Presbyopia with Corneal Toricity > 2.50D
- Successful for medically indicated/complex corneas and ocular surface disease, especially Dry Eye, when manufactured in materials with FDA clearance for therapeutic use in OSD.
